This policy explains what information 786brandscaling.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It's written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.

Who we are

786 Scales is the trade name of 786 Brandscales LLC, a growth studio based in Westbury, New York. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means 786 Brandscales LLC. This policy covers this website. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

• What you send us. This site has no forms and no accounts. If you email, call, text or message us on Instagram, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, business details and your message.
• Basic visit data. Our website host, Netlify, records standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
• Cookies and similar tools. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, described in the next section.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

Meta Pixel. A small piece of code from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages of this site you visit and when you tap a contact button, such as email, call or Instagram message. It uses cookies so we can measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may connect this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account you have. Meta explains how it uses this data in its Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics. Counts visits and shows us which pages people use and how they found the site. It uses cookies and sends this data to Google. Google explains how it uses this data on its partner sites page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load either tool.

How we use information

• To reply to you, quote a project and do the work you hire us for.
• To run, protect and fix this website.
• To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.

We don't sell your personal information for money. The Meta Pixel does share your activity on this site with Meta for advertising, as described above, and you can block it using the choices below.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that help us run the business: Netlify (website hosting), Google (fonts, analytics and our Gmail email), and Meta (the Pixel, and Instagram if you message us there). We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn on Global Privacy Control.
• Change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Stop Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email us and we'll take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and client records for as long as we need them to do the work and to meet tax and legal record-keeping rules. Meta and Google keep analytics data according to their own retention settings.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, and we limit who can see client information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details by email or direct message.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Other websites

This site links to client websites, Instagram and The 786 Method at method.786brandscaling.com, whose checkout is run by Whop. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
